It is not only a salmon in Shibetsu, and a scallop, a flatfish, Hokki shellfish, a trout, various marine products rich seasonally including the octopus are unloaded.
I update a menu as “today’s recommendation” with sashimi and a dish depending on the stocking of the fresh fish of the day when I cannot put it on the normal menu every day.
